Piper Sandler Companies was founded in 1895 and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

BSIG: BrightSphere Investment Group Inc. is a publically owned asset management holding company. The firm provides its services to individuals and institutions. The firm was founded in 1980 is based Boston, Massachusetts.

STC: Stewart Information Services Corporation, through its subsidiaries, provides title insurance and real estate transaction services.  The company operates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Central Europe.
